Health and Safety Policy
1. Introduction
This Health and Safety Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all operations and premises of MYEZ NIAGA
(the “Company”). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the
health, safety, and welfare of our employees while at work, and to safeguard others who may be
affected by our work activities. The Company is committed to continuous improvement in health and
safety performance and compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation.
2. Responsibilities
2.1 Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure that health and safety management systems are effectively implemented, maintained,
and continuously improved. - Provide adequate resources to meet the health and safety commitments of the Company.
- Establish and regularly review health and safety objectives and targets.
2.2 Employee Responsibilities:
- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected
by their acts or omissions. - Cooperate with the management in upholding Company policies and comply with all safety
requirements. - Report any health and safety concerns immediately to their immediate supervisor or health
and safety representative.
3. Health and Safety Risks
3.1 The Company will perform regular risk assessments to identify hazards and evaluate risks
associated with various workplace activities. The results of these assessments will be documented
and made available to all employees.
3.2 Based on the risk assessments, the Company will implement appropriate measures to control
risks, including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment, training programs, and
emergency procedures.
4. Training and Competence
4.1 The Company will ensure that all employees receive adequate training to perform their duties
safely and effectively. This training will include, but is not limited to, job-specific safety practices,
emergency response drills, and the proper use of safety equipment.
4.2 Records of all training provided will be maintained and regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing
relevance and compliance with current health and safety standards.
5. Monitoring and Review
5.1 The Company will regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of health and safety measures
and this Policy to ensure they remain effective and relevant. This will include periodic workplace
inspections and audits, feedback from employees, and review of incident reports.
5.2 Adjustments to health and safety practices will be made as necessary to respond to changes in
legislation, industry standards, or company operations.
6. Communication
6.1 This Policy will be communicated to all employees upon commencement of employment and will
be readily accessible to all staff members at all times. Regular updates will be provided through
training sessions, memos, or notice board postings.
7. Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Health and Safety Policy may lead to disciplinary action, which could
include dismissal for serious breaches. Compliance with this Policy is everyone’s responsibility and is
integral to the safe operations of the Company.
This Policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability. The commitments listed are in addition to our basic obligation to comply with Pixelated standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations where we operate. This is critical to our business success because it allows us to systematically minimize all losses and adds value for all our stakeholders.
