What is GPS tracking?
GPS tracking devices use the Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the precise location of a vehicle, person, or other asset to which it is attached. The position is recorded at regular intervals and is transmitted to a central database using a cellular (GPRS) modem embedded in the unit. This data is sent to our Tracking Portal and allows the location to be displayed on a map in real-time or over a span of time.
Vehicle tracking can automate your vehicular administration by scheduling service, recording working hours for your crew and how much travel they did (record miles traveled). You will get real-time response and information so you can make decisions on the fly based on verified information and not only your gut. How long is Myeztracker GPS tracker warranty period?
1 Year equivalent to 12 months warranty from the date of Installation.
How long does it take to install a GPS device?
Approximately 30 minutes. If there is a technical problem, it may be extended to 45 minutes or an hour. Duration also varied from type of vehicle and brands.
Does car GPS require a subscription?
Good news, for those our customer that we already include lifetime server activation. There is no need to pay for additional monthly or yearly renewal. Real time GPS tracker requires a monthly subscription due to the fact they need cell towers to transmit position data.
Do I need to pay for the sim card in a GPS tracker when roaming?
Yes it works, as long as the sim card in your GPS Tracker has Roaming Service. Our Simcard has built in cross country roaming services. Just inform our representative to activate roaming. There is additional charges when activating roaming or you can opt in to use roaming when install.
You can also opt in for cross border package where will install device and simcard ready for roaming into neigbours country such as Singapore and Thailand.
Is your GPS Tracking System available on iPhone and Android smartphones?
Yes, it is available in the App Store and Google Play Store. We support all type of platform including web platform.
What should I do if someone took my vehicle?
Remain calm, and contact our Royal Police Force, or go to the nearest police station and lodge an official report. You can provide them with Katsana’s tracking to assist them with their investigation. Once you’ve requested help from the authority, you can generate a share link and share the live location of your stolen vehicle to the authorities, friends, families, and the public.
